What you control

Transfers & scouting — Sign players, sell deadweight, and send scouts to uncover a prospect's true potential (shown in stars).

Tactics & matchday plan — Choose formation, mentality (defensive / balanced / attacking) and match intensity. Push harder for more wins... at the cost of fatigue, cards, and injuries.

Youth academy — Develop your own talent and turn cantera kids into first-team stars.

Facilities & staff — Upgrade the stadium, hire coaches, physios and medics to squeeze more out of your squad.

Finances — Balance salaries, gate receipts, sponsors and loans. Spend big and you might fly up the table — or go broke trying.

The challenge

Each division is a real step up. Wages scale steeply with quality, and the higher leagues are packed with sides rated well above you — climb too fast and stronger teams will tear you apart.
